BPost (no track) in 10 days Belgium to Germany

I've tried BPost (no tracking) and got my batteries on the 10th day from EU (Belgium to Germany).
Good prices, nice and fast support !!!
Dont blame HK for missing goods, im sure its on the side of the deliverer.

"Hobby King" has "ALWAY'S EXPEDITED" my questions and inquiries over the years, especially when the whole world seems to be all Back Orders.
The recent inquiry, "Bill A" gave me a lot of information and options about my back orders that I did not ask for.

Horrible service don't buy there

Won't send products ordered to correct address and then keep the shipping cost when they decided to cancel the order randomly. Don't waste money

Delivery Delays and Alternative Transport
I guess these pandemic times take their toll on a lot of businesses. Bill A. from Hobbyking has been very helpful in arranging alternative transport for my order. Cost a little bit more but at least I will get my parts. Still have one more item on backorder so will wait to see what happens to that before I think about that last star.

Deceptive business practices.

Deceptive business practices.
Items listed as in stock are not but they will take your money. Once the item is back in stock they change the deal buy requesting additional money for shipping. During a 3 month wait I had 15 emails and two live chats and they lied all the time.
Company’s response is also deceptive
They charged my credit card for the full price of the order. During a live chat they assured me there would be no shipping chargers on this order. Three months later they send me an email telling me my item is now in stock and ready to ship as soon as I send an additional $53 . If that is not dishonest and deceptive what is?

Dishonest company

Took my money but didn't ship item
I waited 31/2 months for a back order that was promised to ship free. Once item was back in stock they wanted me to send them $60 more to ship.
15 emails, two live chats and they continued to lie to me.
Worst company to do business with, buyer be ware!

Thieves

I have spent 30 days as of today trying to get this company to issue a refund on a faulty item I am not going to go into anymore detail because I'm frankly sick and tired of even talking about this but I want people to be aware do not buy things from this company they are thieves. They really need to offer zero stars as an option he's giving them one is way over crediting them.

Terrible customer service, negative 50 stars

Ordered items from website, items from U.S. warehouse arrived within a few weeks, However the items from the Hong Kong warehouse still have not been delivered, this was ordered over 2 months ago. The only way to contact is thru online chat which is a joke. Don't waste your time and money, if it takes over 2 months to make a fuselage and a tool kit something is definitely wrong. Will never use this obvious scam of a company again. If it says Hong Kong warehouse beware!

Rc Model Aircraft - Awful Customer Service - Again!!

I purchased a model (received emailed confirmation of the order) from Hobbyking advertised as the last one in stock. 9 days later my order was still showing as 'Processing'. Contacted their webchat to be told it was actually out of stock ('website numbers probably wrong'), not known if it would be restocked or when. They were just going to sit on my money. I cancelled the order and was given a 10% off next purchase voucher (but I am not allowed to use it on a new product!!).... if I return. I will think long and hard before I trust them again.

Stay away from this site. Don't buy anything

It was a site where I have been shopping for many years. My order, which said that it was sent in 2019, has not arrived yet. They certainly do not produce solutions.

HK is not like before. I think i'm scammed. Maybe it was never sent. I will never shop here again. You can shop safely from places like aliexpress, banggood, etc.

This was one of the best transactions I have had with any RC company when dealing with a support issue. Although the issue which caused my plane to crash (alerion broke at joint) is difficult to prove without a video Rob at HK was able to evaluate the pics I sent in and make a call to replace the plane kit for me. In addition this was all done in 1 day from when I opened the ticket.... Waiting for my new plane now....
Nice Job HK and Rob.
